Kickboxing

Members will learn current kickboxing moves, jabs, hooks, uppercuts, front kicks, side kicks, roundhouses, knee blocks, elbow strikes, and more.

It will be combined with self defense moves that will enhance self-discipline, mental stamina and muscle endurance.

All spring and summer activity schedules and fees will be published prior to the start of next season. Keep checking back!
